Kacey and Craig were married on a gorgeous autumn day at Pastures of Plenty, in Longmont, Colorado. The 35-acre farm is nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains and grows over 75 varieties of organic flowers and dozens of varieties of heirloom vegetables. Pastures of Plenty is also home to Big Bang Catering who source their ingredients from the farm. The lush landscape of Kacey and Craig’s wedding was complimented by shabby chic decor and intricate floral details. The couple’s close friend officiated the ceremony which was witnessed by an energetic and warm crowd of family and friends. Guests enjoyed an extended cocktail hour that included yard games and farm-to-table hors d’oeuvres. The dinner, by Big Bang Catering, was enjoyed at long family style tables under the ambient glow of a chandelier-lit tent and the evening ended around a bonfire. The energy and atmosphere of the wedding day mimicked the surroundings, which felt authentic, organic and very “Colorado.”
